As his friends marriage begins to crumble, Tom becomes excited abut the potential of finally becoming involved with his wife, Lisa, who he has developed an obsession for. Overcome by the guilt and plagued by a recurring nightmare in which he is murdered by his friend, Tom goes to a psychiatrist, who may be driving him even further into his insanity. Set in Manhattan, the movie really takes place in triangle below reality, where one's fantasy can lead to murder.
